Please reach us at info@tildeathdouspart.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We offer flower preservation for a variety of occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, graduations and just about any occasions your may receive flowers for!
It's very difficult to say exactly how long your order may take. However, I aim to return your order to you within 10 weeks. This of course is an approximate lead time.
Closer to the time of your event I will send helpful packing instructions for you to follow. Prior to this please keep your flowers in water up until the time plan to send them, Trimming the stems will allow the flowers to drink water easier. It is important that you send your flowers within 2-3 days of your event.
Not all flower preserve well. I will attempt to dry majority, if not all of your flowers. The best will then be selected to be used in your piece. Some flowers will naturally not make it past this stage, this can be down to the type or condition the flowers are received in. If I have concerns due to the nature of the flowers sent I will communicate this with you and discuss alternative options.
For some larger flowers these may have to be cut down in order to fit into the moulds.
Some flowers that hold a lot of moisture can have trouble drying or just take a longer time.
For example, Berries and Succulents don't dry well at all, if they are featured in your arrangement they can be replaced with artificial ones if requested.
Yes!
I cannot bring any flowers back from the dead, however casting your already air-dried flowers is definitely an option.
Delivery is included in the items place!
Due to the handmade nature of the pieces I create, I do not offer refunds/returns.
If your event date has been amended or cancelled, I am happy to reschedule your slot at no extra cost.
If you still wish to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable. If you have already sent your flowers and they have been dried, I would be happy to send the flowers back to you providing the shipping fee is covered by the customer. I again will not be help responsible for the condition of the flowers when reaching the customer. Dried flowers are incredibly fragile and should be handled as little as possible in order not to damage.
Due to the nature of resin as a media there can be some imperfections.
This can come in the form of micro dust, bubbles, resin swirling, layer lines etc. I will try my very best to keep these to a minimal, however... I am only human, creating handmade items!
